we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. However, refunds may be considered in the
following cases:
- Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 7 days for a refund of
the duplicate charge. - Technical Issues – If the product does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund

2. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions – You can cancel anytime, but refunds will not be issued for partial months.
Your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions – Refunds for annual plans may be considered if requested within 7 days of purchase,
provided the service has not been extensively used.
